Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine cake mix, eggs and margarine in mixer bowl.
- Press, using your hand into greased baking pan.
- Combine confectioners sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in mixer bowl until creamed and smooth.
- You may have to add a little water to make it smooth.
- Spread over cake mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
- Do not overbake.
