Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 pkg. broccoli, cooked and chopped
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 6 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
Method
- Put soup in pan.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add milk, oleo and cheese.
- Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
- Mix all ingredients and put cooked broccoli in casserole.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
- Top with bread croutons, if desired.
- Serves 12.
