Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream sugar and butter; add beaten eggs, raisins and vanilla. Put pie dough in muffin tins and fill each with batter and sprinkle with nuts.
- Makes 10 or 12 tarts.
- Bake at 400°.
