Ingredients
- 16 oz. ground turkey
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- dash of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. sliced vegetables (your choice; mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc.)
- 2 c. tomato sauce
- 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
Method
- In a pan sprayed with nonstick spray, saute the turkey, celery, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; top with your choice of veggies.
- Pour tomato sauce over this and top with cheese.
- Cover with the crescent rolls. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the crust is a golden brown.
- Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
