Ingredients
- 30 small marshmallows
- 1 small pkg. lime jello
- 1 1/2 c. water, boiling
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Melt marshmallows and jello in boiling water.
- Cool slightly. Add cream cheese; stir until blended.
- Add pineapple juice.
- Chill until mixture starts to thicken.
- Add crushed pineapple and nuts.
