Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- Brown sausage; add spaghetti sauce.
- Pour the sausage and sauce into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
- Top with 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese.
- Mix together the flour, salt, milk and eggs; beat well.
- Top cheese with flour mixture.
- Add on top of flour mixture another 1/2 pound of cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
