Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 lb. chicken pieces (breasts)
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl.
- Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Add chicken and coat to marinate.
- Refrigerate, turning occasionally, at least 3 hours (preferably overnight). Grill chicken over medium heat for 40 minutes, turning until chicken is crisp outside and tender inside.
