Ingredients
- 1 small can coconut
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 sticks oleo, melted
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
Method
- Spray bottom of 10 x 15-inch Pyrex dish.
- Mix coconut and pecans and cover bottom of dish with this mixture.
- Mix oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour
- cake mix mixture over pecan mixture.
- Then pour cream cheese mixture on top.
- Bake in 350°
- oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
