Ingredients
- 2 tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil leaves
Method
- Saute olive oil with garlic, just until garlic is golden, about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, bring to boil, and simmer gently until sauce thickens, about 10 minutes. Stir in basil; add salt and pepper to taste.
