Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- 1/4 c. or 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. cold water
Method
- Sift together in ungreased pan the first 5 ingredients.
- Make 3 impressions in the mixture.
- Add the vanilla and vinegar in each of the impressions; in the other one, add the cooking oil.
- Pour the cold water over all and mix with a fork until all is mixed well. Bake in pan that you mix the cake in.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. That is why they call it crazy cake.
