- 9 oz Albacore Tuna (in water) - Drained
- 1/2 cup Opaa - Spinach & Garden Veggie Greek Yogart Dip (if brand not available in your area - add your favorite greek yogart dip)
- 1/3 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/3 cup Cranberries
- 1/3 cup Celery - diced small
- 1/3 cup Cherry Tomatoes - diced
- 1/3 cup Mt. Olive - Diced Jalapeno ( we like the pre-diced flavor better then jalapeno slices)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dill Relish
- 1 tbsp Sweet Relish
- 1 Cayenne Pepper - to taste (optional)
- 1/3 cup Sweet Onion - diced
- 7 Grain Bread
- 1 Olive oil - Mayo
- 1 Sliced Avacado's
- 1 Sliced Cucumber's

- Mix ingredients and enjoy!
