Ingredients

  • 9 oz Albacore Tuna (in water) - Drained
  • 1/2 cup Opaa - Spinach & Garden Veggie Greek Yogart Dip (if brand not available in your area - add your favorite greek yogart dip)
  • 1/3 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/3 cup Cranberries
  • 1/3 cup Celery - diced small
  • 1/3 cup Cherry Tomatoes - diced
  • 1/3 cup Mt. Olive - Diced Jalapeno ( we like the pre-diced flavor better then jalapeno slices)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dill Relish
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Relish
  • 1 Cayenne Pepper - to taste (optional)
  • 1/3 cup Sweet Onion - diced
  • 7 Grain Bread
  • 1 Olive oil - Mayo
  • 1 Sliced Avacado's
  • 1 Sliced Cucumber's
