Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut up (skin remove is optional)
- 1 c. Heinz 57 sauce
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. Spice Island Old Hickory salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr
Method
- Place chicken on cookie sheet.
- Salt and pepper it.
- Bake 20 min at 350 degrees.
- Turn over and bake additional 15 min.
- Mix ingredients for glaze.
- Generously apply to both sides of chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
- Apply more glaze to taste.
- Continue baking till done and glaze again before serving.
