Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 healthy pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- 1.
- Place lowfat milk in 2 c. glass measure and heat on High for 2-2 1/2 min or possibly till warm.
- 2.
- Stir sugar and salt into Large eggs.
- Blend well, gradually stir in warm lowfat milk and vanilla, stir constantly.
- Pour mix into 4 (6 oz) custard c. or possibly small dishes.
- Arrange custard c. in a circle in microwave.
- 3.
- Cook on High for 2 1/2 min, then rearrange custard c. and continue to cook on High for 2 min or possibly till custards are set but still quivery.
- Cold at room temperature.
- Chill, if you like.
- Top with fruit if you like.
