Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. turkey smoked sausage
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 3 1/4 c. broccoli flowerets and mushrooms
- 1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained
Method
- Brown sausage in skillet. Remove from heat and drain.
- In the same pan, cook vegetables until tender. Add sausage, pepper and beans. Cook about 2 minutes until warm.
- Yields 6 servings.
- This dish is both unusual and exciting.
