Ingredients
- 8 ounce Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Shredded Jack Cheese
- 1/4 c. Minced green olives
- 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt (Just season with some pepper)
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Pwdr (I use more because I love garlic)
- 15 ounce Can Black Beans, liquid removed
- 5 x + Flour Tortillas (depends on how much filling you put on each)
Method
- Preparation:Beat cream cheese and lowfat sour cream.
- Stir in everything else, except beans and tortillas.
- Cover and chill for 2 hrs (haven't done which yet!
- I do more like a half hour).
- Blend beans in blender or possibly food processor and spread over each tortilla.
- Spread cream cheese mix on tom and roll each tortilla tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
- Chill till ready.
- Cut into 3/4 inch slices.
