Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Shredded Jack Cheese
  • 1/4 c. Minced green olives
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt (Just season with some pepper)
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Pwdr (I use more because I love garlic)
  • 15 ounce Can Black Beans, liquid removed
  • 5 x + Flour Tortillas (depends on how much filling you put on each)

Method

  • Preparation:Beat cream cheese and lowfat sour cream.
  • Stir in everything else, except beans and tortillas.
  • Cover and chill for 2 hrs (haven't done which yet!
  • I do more like a half hour).
  • Blend beans in blender or possibly food processor and spread over each tortilla.
  • Spread cream cheese mix on tom and roll each tortilla tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
  • Chill till ready.
  • Cut into 3/4 inch slices.
