Ingredients
- 1 18 oz Devil's food cake mix
- 1 4 oz Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 3 tbs amaretto or kalua
- 1 cup semi sweet choc bits
Method
- Heat over to 350 degrees
- Grease 10 in bundt pan
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate bits.
- Mix at medium speed for 2 min.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour into pan
- Bake 55-60 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes then dump.
- Glaze:
- Melt 2 tbs of shortening w/2 squares of unsweetened chocolate.
- Blend in one cup of sifted confectioners sugar.
- Add 2 tbs of boiling water (or until it becomes smooth and not grainy).
- Beat until smooth.
- Glaze can be doubled (my kids request it).
- Pour over cake (after it has cooled) back and forth, inside the bundt and out so that it drips over the sides, all the way around the cake.
