Ingredients
- 2 slices skinless leftover turkey (white meat)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, dressing (low fat)
- 4 slices multi-grain bread
- 2 slices part-skin provolone cheese
- 12 cup ripe avocado
- 1 cup alfalfa sprout
Method
- Cut leftover turkey into pieces and toss with mayonnaise.
- On one slice of bread, layer cheese, sliced vocado, turkey mix, alfalfa sprouts and top with second slice of bread.
