- 1 1/8 pounds potato gnocchi Fresh mixed
- 1 cup tomato sauce tub fresh
- 1 cup cheese sauce tub fresh four
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese ready grated
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
- Cook the gnocchi following the pack isntructions.
- Reheat both the tomato and cheese sauce together,Season to taste if necessary.
- Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce into the bottom of a 1 litre (1 3/4 pint) ovenproof dish. Arrange the gnocchi on top and cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
