Ingredients

  • 1 1/8 pounds potato gnocchi Fresh mixed
  • 1 cup tomato sauce tub fresh
  • 1 cup cheese sauce tub fresh four
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese ready grated
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
  • Cook the gnocchi following the pack isntructions.
  • Reheat both the tomato and cheese sauce together,Season to taste if necessary.
  • Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce into the bottom of a 1 litre (1 3/4 pint) ovenproof dish. Arrange the gnocchi on top and cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
