Ingredients
- 8 ounces turkey leftover, diced, about 2 slices
- 1 pears
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 stalk celery finely chopped
- 1 carrots
- 1/2 cup hellmann' or best food real mayonnais
- 4 slices havarti
- 8 slices whole grain bread
Method
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and bread in medium bowl. Evenly spoon turkey salad onto 4 bread slices. Top each with cheese, then remaining bread. Garnish, if desired, with lettuce.
