Ingredients
- 2-26 oz jars favorite marinara
- 4 chicken half breasts (bone-in)
- 1-16oz package penne pasta
- Parmesan Cheese - grated
Method
- 1. Night before or morning of:
- 2 jars favorite marinara sauce (26 oz each - Spicy Red Pepper Marinara w/olives or mushrooms is the best)
- 4 chicken half breasts (bone-in)
- Clean chicken, dry and place in plastic bag. Pour sauce over the chicken, place in frig.
- 2. Dinner time:
- Set oven at 350 degrees:
- Pour chicken and sauce into 9x12 baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese heavily over the chicken. Place in oven for 45 minutes covered, remove cover last 15 minutes.
- 3. Cook 1-16oz package of penne pasta (or other kind of favorite pasta). Drain in strainer in sink, toss with butter or oil. Place pasta on individual serving dish; place 1 chicken breast on top, spoon sauce over all. Serve with green salad, green veggies or just wine. Bon Apetitt!
