Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 Large Egg, Beaten
  • 1/2 cups Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cups Uncooked Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 Medium Sweet Onion, Diced
  • 2 stalks Celery, Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cups Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 pinch Each Of Salt And Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Mustard
  • Dash Of Worcestershire Sauce

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Combine all of the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix until combined.
  • Spray a standard-sized loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place mixture in loaf pan and form to fit pan.
  • (Optional: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Turn loaf pan upside down onto the parchment paper to remove loaf.
  • Cook loaf on the parchment lined baking sheet).
  • Bake for 1 1 1/4 hours until internal temperature reaches at least 165 F. After about 20-25 minutes of cook time, brush on the glaze (recipe below).
  • When done, remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  • For the glaze: Combine all of the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and stir until blended.
  • Brush on meatloaf about 20-25 minutes after meatloaf has been cooking.
