- 2 pounds Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 Large Egg, Beaten
- 1/2 cups Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Uncooked Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 Medium Sweet Onion, Diced
- 2 stalks Celery, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1 pinch Each Of Salt And Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Mustard
- Dash Of Worcestershire Sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine all of the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix until combined.
- Spray a standard-sized loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place mixture in loaf pan and form to fit pan.
- (Optional: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Turn loaf pan upside down onto the parchment paper to remove loaf.
- Cook loaf on the parchment lined baking sheet).
- Bake for 1 1 1/4 hours until internal temperature reaches at least 165 F. After about 20-25 minutes of cook time, brush on the glaze (recipe below).
- When done, remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- For the glaze: Combine all of the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and stir until blended.
- Brush on meatloaf about 20-25 minutes after meatloaf has been cooking.
