Ingredients

  • Burger
  • 16 ounces ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons monterey jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mango chutney

Method

  • Mix all burger ingredients together, cuting up large pieces of mango in the chutney.
  • Form into four burgers.
  • Grill, broil or pan fry to medium well.
  • Mix together topping ingredients, cutting up large pieces of mango in the chutney.
  • Top burgers and enjoy.
