- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans clams, drained (reserve juice)
- 28 oz. can tomatoes
- 12 oz. can tomato paste
- 8 oz. bottle clam juice
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Good also with onion and/or mushrooms.
