Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. sage
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2/3 c. rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- chow mein noodles
Method
- Brown turkey, onion, sage and soy sauce. Add rice, soup and water. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered. Check for dryness and add water if necessary. Add noodles and bake, uncovered, for a few minutes.
