Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. water
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Put into top of double boiler brown sugar, flour and butter. Cook until butter melts.
- Add milk, water, egg yolks and vanilla. Cook until thick.
- Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell.
- Cover with meringue.
