Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) angel food cake
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 tall can crushed pineapple
- 1 pt. frozen strawberries
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
- red cake coloring
Method
- Crumble cake with hands, then blend ice cream and cake with hands.
- Stir in other ingredients.
- Pour into a tube cake pan and freeze.
