Ingredients
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can tuna (with oil)
- 1 can peas (with juice)
- 1/2 c. diced green peppers
- touch of celery seed
Method
- Cook noodles until completely done. Drain; combine noodles, tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables and salt. Blend soup and milk by heating. Add cheese and heat until cheese melts. Add noodle mixture. Turn into a large baking dish. Bake at 300° about 30 minutes or until brown on top.
