Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 lb. chicken legs and wings
Method
- Combine all ingredients except chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Remove skin from chicken legs.
- Place chicken in baking dish with marinade, turning to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally.
