Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. cold water
Method
- Beat egg slightly.
- Set aside 2 tablespoons of egg.
- Stir together tuna, onion, cheese, salt and pepper with remaining egg. Stir baking mix and water into soft dough.
- Knead on floured surface.
- Roll into rectangle and spread with tuna mixture.
- Fold dough over tuna and press edges together.
- Make slits across top of flat loaf.
- Brush tops and sides with reserved egg.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 375° oven.
