Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. cold water

Method

  • Beat egg slightly.
  • Set aside 2 tablespoons of egg.
  • Stir together tuna, onion, cheese, salt and pepper with remaining egg. Stir baking mix and water into soft dough.
  • Knead on floured surface.
  • Roll into rectangle and spread with tuna mixture.
  • Fold dough over tuna and press edges together.
  • Make slits across top of flat loaf.
  • Brush tops and sides with reserved egg.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 375° oven.
