Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Heat pineapple; stir in Jell-O.
- Mix well.
- Add pecans and coconut.
- Stir and let cool.
- When it starts to thicken, add buttermilk.
- Let set until thickened.
- Then stir in Cool Whip. Pour into a dish and refrigerate.
