- 1 c. real mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. commercial barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine or balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Serve warm or cold with smoked or grilled meats or as a dipping sauce for fried vegetables.
