Ingredients
- 6 1/2 oz. can light chunk tuna
- 4 oz. can shoestring potatoes
- 2 1/2 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 green onions (minced)
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour tuna mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Cover and bake in a moderate oven (350°) for about 20 minutes.
- Serves 4.
