Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. cake flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- Fold margarine, sugar and eggs and cream until fluffy, then fold in sour cream and vanilla.
- Sift together cake flour, baking powder and salt.
- For topping, combine chopped nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Grease and flour tube pan.
- Place 1/2 batter; sprinkle half of topping.
- Add remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the topping.
- Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
