Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. chopped red onion
  • 8 to 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. red cider vinegar
  • 1 bunch broccoli, broken into florets
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Method

  • Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Just before serving, combine the remaining ingredients.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Serve chilled.
  • Serves 4 to 6.
