Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. chopped red onion
- 8 to 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. red cider vinegar
- 1 bunch broccoli, broken into florets
- 1/2 c. raisins
Method
- Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Just before serving, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Serve chilled.
- Serves 4 to 6.
