Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 pkg. chopped broccoli
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Method
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk and bread crumbs.
- Let stand a few minutes, then stir tuna, onion, salt, lemon juice and broccoli into mixture.
- Grease loaf pan and pour mixture in. Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
