Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 small cans Swanson chicken
- corn flakes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/4 c. chopped celery, cooked in small amount of water until crisp
Method
- Mix undiluted chicken soup and cooked rice.
- Fold in onion, celery, water chestnuts and chicken.
- Fold in mayonnaise.
- Place crushed corn flakes on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
