Ingredients
- 1-1/4 qt. KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ground red pepper
- 10 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned, cooked and halved lengthwise
- 5 gal. Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 2-1/2 qt. mangos, peeled, pitted and chopped
Method
- Mix mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic and red pepper.
- Toss shrimp, lettuce and mango in large bowl.
- Add mayonnaise mixture; mix lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled.
