Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 qt. KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 10 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned, cooked and halved lengthwise
  • 5 gal. Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 2-1/2 qt. mangos, peeled, pitted and chopped

Method

  • Mix mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic and red pepper.
  • Toss shrimp, lettuce and mango in large bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise mixture; mix lightly.
  • Cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled.
