- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/4 cup chili ketchup
- 1/2 cup whisky
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 bunch carribean jerk spice
- 1 bunch Italian herbs
- 1 parmesan cheese powder
- 2 slice white bread cut into cube shape
- 2 mini cheesy meatloaf or any meatball
Method
- Optional You can used any meatloaf you prefer then baked the mini meatloaf at 200 C /400F for 20 minute then set aside
- Mix all the whisky sauce and put all into cooking pot or pan and let it simmer in liw heat for 30 minute
