Ingredients
- 1 bag Success rice
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. celery
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 oz. can whole mushrooms
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 6 3/4 oz. can ham
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Cook rice according to directions; drain and set aside.
- Saute onion and celery in oil until tender-crisp.
- Add mushrooms, peas and ham.
- Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
- Push mixture aside in pan and scramble eggs.
- Add rice and soy sauce.
- Toss lightly with ham mixture until completely heated.
- Serves 4 to 6.
