Ingredients
- 2 blocks cream cheese (regular or light)
- 1 bundle green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 small moon Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 (8 oz.) jar mild picante sauce
- 1 pkg. large flour tortillas
Method
- Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until soft. Combine all ingredients, except tortillas and picante sauce, using a potato masher.
- Spread over flat tortillas.
- Roll and place on paper towels.
- Wrap, putting into a plastic bag.
- Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours or overnight.
- Slice to use as finger snack. Dip in picante sauce and enjoy.
- Use within 2 days.
