Ingredients

  • 2 blocks cream cheese (regular or light)
  • 1 bundle green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small moon Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar mild picante sauce
  • 1 pkg. large flour tortillas

Method

  • Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until soft. Combine all ingredients, except tortillas and picante sauce, using a potato masher.
  • Spread over flat tortillas.
  • Roll and place on paper towels.
  • Wrap, putting into a plastic bag.
  • Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours or overnight.
  • Slice to use as finger snack. Dip in picante sauce and enjoy.
  • Use within 2 days.
