Ingredients
- 3 coot, dressed
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. green beans, cooked
Method
- Rub the birds with cut lime pieces and set in refrigerator overnight.
- Rinse and place in a pot.
- Add enough salted water to cover.
- Add celery and simmer until the meat is tender.
- Add garlic powder and mushroom soup with stirring.
- Stir in the sour cream and simmer 10 minutes longer.
- Add the green beans and serve.
