Ingredients
- 1/3 lb. ground beef (about 1 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. uncooked rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper as desired
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce and water.
- Shape into 2 loaves.
- Brown in frypan until brown on all sides.
- Drain grease.
- Add water and tomato sauce (mixed separately) over loaves.
- Cover and cook 30 minutes on low heat.
- Add more water if needed.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
