Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco (white)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. water
Method
- Cut Crisco into flour until pieces are size of peas.
- Add 1 egg and vinegar.
- Mix a little and add water.
- If it feels too sticky, add a little more flour.
- Roll out on floured surface, adding a little more flour.
- Roll around rolling pin to lift onto pie dish. Makes 2 layers.
- Any left over, freeze until you have enough for 1 more layer.
- Bake at 425° for about 12 minutes or according to pie directions.
