Ingredients
- 5 to 6 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 5 slices white bread
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place fruit in buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
- Cut crusts from bread slices and cut each slice into five fingers.
- Place bread fingers over fruit.
