Ingredients
- 2 small onions, diced
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 4 c. turkey broth
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 4 c. cooked okra
- 2 c. diced cooked turkey
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. cooked rice
Method
- Saute onions in
- salad oil until tender, but not brown. Add broth,
- tomatoes,
- okra,
- turkey,
- parsley and
- paprika. Simmer for 10
- minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
