Ingredients
- 2 tbsp each butter and orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 2 cups fresh green beans, lightly cooked
Method
- In saucepan, combine butter, marmalade and lemon zest. Heat until melted and sauce bubbles. Simmer carrots and beans until vegetables are tender. Drain Drizzle Sauce over vegetables.
