Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 None onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (14 oz can) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine or fish stock
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 8 oz raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails on
- 1 cup cubed fetta
- 8 None green onions, sliced
Method
- Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Saute onion and garlic, 1-2 minutes, until tender.
- Stir in tomatoes, white wine or stock and chili sauce. Season to taste. Simmer, 2-3 minutes.
- Add shrimp, feta and green onions. Simmer for 3 minutes, until shrimp change colur and are tender. Serve with boiled rice and salad, if you like.
