Ingredients
- 1 qt. ripe tomatoes
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. celery
- 2 Tbsp. white mustard seed
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Method
- Peel tomatoes and chop them up.
- Add all the other ingredients and stir up good.
- Cook on low heat 40 to 50 minutes.
- Put in jars while hot and seal.
- This is good with most all kinds of vegetables.
