Ingredients
- 8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. concentrated sun-dried tomato paste
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried sweet basil (optional)
- 1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
Method
- Form into a ball and roll in nuts.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate.
- Serve with crackers.
