Ingredients

  • 6 tomatoes do not store them in your fridge before so your tomatoes do not loose their flavour and become,grainy
  • 1 white onion large
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • basil fresh or dried
  • date 1-2 grated/minced clovesGarlic, optional - gives it en extra chick but no too strong as you would expect. But recommended for adult who do not have a, night planned.

Method

  • Cut your tomatoes in small/ medium cuts and your onion into thin small/medium cuts. Season with your lemon juice (about half a lemon for every 3 larger tomatoes), Black pepper, white pepper, sea salt, olive oil, sugar and basil. You can leave it in the fridge for hours or even to the other day for the flavours to ,sit, but eating it as soon as it is done is perfect as well. Enjoy.
